Description:

Levotar 500mg Tablets contain Levofloxacin, a potent third-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a broad range of aerobic gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. It is commonly used in the treatment of respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and certain sexually transmitted diseases. Levofloxacin inhibits DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes necessary for bacterial replication and repair.
