Description:
Pimnil 20mg Capsules contain Isotretinoin, a vitamin A derivative (retinoid) used primarily for the treatment of severe nodular and cystic acne that does not respond to other therapies.
It works by reducing sebaceous gland size, decreasing sebum production, and preventing inflammation and clogged pores.
