Description:
Silina 250mg Tablets contain Azithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping the growth and spread of the infection.
It is commonly prescribed for respiratory tract infections, skin infections, ear infections, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and bacterial pharyngitis or tonsillitis.
