Description:
Metored D Tablets combine Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea that stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas, and Metformin, a biguanide that decreases glucose production in the liver and enhances insulin sensitivity.
This combination is used for the effective management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, particularly in patients whose blood glucose levels are not controlled with Metformin alone.
